How do Human RIghts impact the quality of life for people of Afghanistan?
Human rights impact the quality of life for the people of Afghanistan because they are violated. The Taliban was an extremist Muslim militia of men who wanted to rule over women and take away their human rights and other things that the didn't think people should do according to the Sharia Law. The people of the Taliban beleive in the Sharia Law which focuses mainly on, hygiene, prayer, and fasting. These are some of the things that the Taliban looked for when the took the citizens rights away.

Learning about the human rights issues in Afghanistan has helped me learn more about what goes on around me such as the Taliban, what they do, and who their leaders are. I learned about the things that groups such as the Taliban beleive in and make others beleive in or they receive harsh consequences as a result.
